Welcome to El Escapar Mexicana

Here at El Escapar, all of our cuisine is freshly prepared each and every day. We source only the best local produce to increase flavour and enhance your tasting experience.

Owner Jamie has been a chef for 10 years, in which time he’s worked in some of the best restaurants in the Carlisle area. During this time he developed a real passion for the flavours of Mexico. We opened our doors in 2018 to bring Mexican street food favourites to Carlisle, our concept is to deliver a product that is homemade, fresh and is served quickly for busy people who still like to eat good food.
